Our office is located at 410 West Loveland Avenue in the heart of historic Loveland. Our newly renovated space preserved the charm and original hardwood floors from its past as a historic hotel built in 1886. The office is brightened by the natural light that pours through the windows and into our private exam rooms. Although the building is historic, our practice is equipped with modern equipment to provide the latest in dental health care.

Office Hours:

New Patients: We always welcome new patients to our practice! Please download our Welcome Packet and complete the paperwork in advance of your appointment. Feel free to call with any questions prior to your service, and plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. 

Appointments:

You deserve to have an uninterrupted appointment to receive your care and ask questions, and we work hard to honor that with all of our patients. To provide this personalized care, we schedule only one patient at a time. Should you find it necessary to reschedule, please provide 48 hours of notice so that the time reserved for you may be given to someone else. Cancellation charges will occur for repeated or late notice changes.

Emergencies:

If you are calling about an emergency during non-office hours, please call the office and follow the voicemail directions on how to reach Dr. Julie: 513-683-4500. 

Treatment Arrangements:

As a patient in our office, you deserve to clearly understand your treatment and care plan before we begin. We will answer all of your questions and concerns, and we are happy to discuss financial issues and options. You may also work with our team to schedule your treatment or dental procedures to occur in phases.

Since all charges are your responsibility from the date services are rendered, it is important to make arrangements in advance. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Filing and processing your insurance claims is a courtesy we extend to our patients. Since your insurance company cannot guarantee exact coverage for procedures, we can assist you in helping reduce the confusion and maximizing your benefits.
